Hal Thorne, Chairman, spent 25 plus years with Pioneer Hi-Bred International, the worlds leading plant genetic company. He held various positions including Business Development and VP for Global Sales and Marketing. DuPont purchased Pioneer in 1999, and Hal was part of management at DuPont for both the seed and agrichemical groups for several years thereafter before retiring. He has consulted with several small, plant related businesses prior to GSky.
David Lundquist, Financial Advisor, was Vice Chairman and CFO of New heritage Associates, a company engaged in the acquisition and operation of cable television systems which was purchased by TCI Telecommunications. Dave serves on the Boards of Da-Lite Screens, Genesis Systems Group, MARKETLINK, Opticon Medical, and NewLink Genetics.
Daryl Carpenter, Commercial Real Estate Developer, is a successful entrepreneur in land development and money management, and he represents the original investors.

Management
Chad Sichello, President and Founder, brings international experience gained in the mature Japanese market to the North American green construction industry. He has 10 years of professional management and entrepreneurial experience with high tech start up companies. Chad has a degree from McGill University.
Debbie Kotalic, Design and Service Manager, has run her own Landscape Design/Build business as well as a successful Production and Retail Nursery business. She has a degree from the University of West Virginia as well as several design certifications. Debbie also oversees nursery coordination and maintenance support with outside vendors. |
